 This short letter is to say thank you for meeting up with Barbara and myself.  The return of Rags although in an altered form almost broke our heart again.  His loss bears heavy on our souls and I only hope, that in time we can move on.  We appreciated the respect and sensitivity you showed in meeting with us and the way you finalized the final details of our much loved companion.  May he always be in our thoughts.

 Dear Irene,
Just a short note to thank you for all your help today with Charlie. Zoe and her son Damien are going through a bad patch as you know and the way you dealt with everything was wonderful. This is the first time that they have had to deal with this sort of grief, as they have not had anyone close pass away before.
Your caring and professional approach was greatly appreciated. Will be calling you if/when my darling Midgie(midget runt of the litter)chihuahua, needs a good send off.

I would like to wish you all a safe and happy Christmas and New Year and also to say THANK-YOU.
I have not had a chance to get in touch before hand, but you were both wonderful in helping me lay my Tippi to rest.
Have to admit, that it is not easy getting over the passing of Tippi, I never thought it would be as painful as it has been, but I know it will ease gradually soon. Soon I would like to place a dedication on your website, so when I get my photo of Tippi, I will send it in.
 Also, Irene, thank-you from my Mother as well, you have been so thoughtful and helpful in her finding a companion dog, hence, she now has Mia, who is a delightful little dog.

Dearest Irene,
I cannot express my gratitude and heartfelt thank you for all you and Sam have done for Blinky and I.  In our darkest moments full with despair, anguish and loss you were there to help, support and comfort us.  What a precious human being you are.  You eased our pain when we both thought there was nothing but pain.  I’m grateful you got to meet my beautiful Blinky girl.  She was the most beautiful puppy.  We’ll never forget you Irene.  God bless you, Sam and your family.
